Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maggi noodles 1 pack
  2. Chopped veggies(Capsicum,carrot, cabbage) 1 cup
  3. Maida 2 cups
  4. Salt to taste
  5. oil
  6. Soya sauce 1 tspn
  7. Tomato sauce 1 tbspn
  8. Chilly sauce 2 tspn
  9. Cornstarch 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add maida, salt and oil in it. Knead a soft dough with little water. Keep it aside for rest.
  2. Boil the maggi noodles seperately.
  3. Take cornstarch and prepare a slurry by adding little water.
  4. Take a wok, heat 1 tspn oil. Add to it chopped veggies, saute for a minute. Add soya, chilly and tomato sauces. Next add to it maggi taste maker. Stir it and add boiled noodles. Saute and keep the filling aside.
  5. Take a medium sized ball of dough and roll it round as thin as you can.
  6. Now put the filling in centre and fold it from as shown in picture.
  7. Stick the corners by applying cornstarch slurry.
  8. Now deep fry on low flame to enjoy crispy rolls.
