Maggie is itself a tasty treat but when its used in frankiee it enhances the taste.try this recipe from leftover maggie or start with a freshly made maggie.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 1 chopped green chilli
  3. 50-70gms paneer
  4. Maggie noodles 1pack
  5. Maggie tastemaker
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Red chilli powder half tbsp
  8. Chat masala 1/2tsp
  9. oil
  10. Maida 2cups
  11. Garlic seasoning
  12. Sugar 1/4th tsp
  13. Tomato sauce and arabian sauce

Instructions

  1. Make a hard dough with maida,salt,sugar and oil for the frankie base.
  2. Grease the dough with oil n leave it with cover for 30mins.
  3. Now cook two Maggies with all the veggies mentioned as we regularly do. Add tastemaker in the maggie.
  4. Let the maggie cool a little bit.
  5. After maggie is slightly cooler mix paneer crumbs in it and add some more salt chilli flakes if needed.
  6. Now take the dough knead it again fir 30seconds.
  7. Make a ball from the dough and flatten it into thin roti shape.
  8. Heat the wrap on nonstick tawa on high flame.
  9. When you notice bubble flip the roti and cook it from both the sides.
  10. Now apply some tomato & arabian sauce on the wrap and add the veg maggie and panner in the centre and spread it.
  11. Now roll the mixture tightly and if needed roll it in butterpaper or aluminum foil.
  12. Serve this hot immediately with ketchup or green chutney.
