Everyone love kulfis, the delicious desserts which are a Indian version of ice cream. Follow this easy recipe to make the delicious mango kulfis at home.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Alphonso Mango
  2. 1/2 litre milk
  3. 1 Tin Condensed Milk
  4. 1 Ts Corn floor
  5. 1/4 cup Mixed dry fruits(almond,pista,cashew)
  6. 2 Ts Cardmom Powder
  7. 6-8 Saffron pods

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the alphonso mangoes into pieces, blend them in a blender.
  2. Now boil some milk in sauce pan, while continuously stirring it .
  3. Add the condensed milk to the boiling milk while stirring it and add the chopped dry fruits.
  4. Take littler water add 2 ts corn floor and make thick paste.Add this to the milk mixture
  5. When milk mixture starts thickening add mango pulp and turn off the flame.
  6. When the mixture is cold enough, Pour it into kulfi moulds and freeze it in fridge for 6-7 hours.
