Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 1/2 lit
  2. Custard powder 2tsp
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. mango pulp 1 cup
  5. Almond paste 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk. When it starts boiling keep stirring for next 5-10 mins. Add almond paste to milk. Keep stirring.
  2. Add custard powder in 2 tbsp milk. Make a paste of it. Add this custard powder mix to the milk. Keep it stirring for another 5 mins. Allow it to rest for around 1/2 an hour. Let it cool.
  3. Then add mango pulp and milk to mixer/grinder. Now the kulfi is ready to be kept in mould. So pour the kulfi mix to mould. Keep it in freezer for 8 hours. Mango kulfi will get set and ready to serve.
