Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chocochips 1 tablespoon
  2. Crushed digestive biscuits 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Butter 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Mango puree 2 teaspoon
  5. Thick curd/ mishti doi 2 teaspoon
  6. Condensed milk 1 teaspoon
  7. Milk powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Pistachios for garnishing

Instructions

  1. A. To make fudge cups:
  2. Melt chocochips in microwave for 30 seconds
  3. When they are soft, add butter and crushed digestive biscuits
  4. Mix well and combine
  5. Grease silicon mould with butter
  6. Add one spoonful batter in each mould
  7. To creat a cavity, push any smaller container into the mould. Since I have used mini moulds, I took medicine dispenser. You may take a deep spoon or small bowl also
  8. Keep it in freezer to set for 15 minutes.
  9. When set, fudge would solidify. Carefully pull out the smaller cups from fudge.
  10. Now you have cavity to fill mango doi in it
  11. B. To prepare Mango doi:
  12. In a bowl whisk together curd, mango puree, condensed milk, milk powder, sugar
  13. Add spoonful of this mixture to fudge cups
  14. Let it set in freezer again for 15 minutes
  15. Carefully demould each cup by inverting
  16. Keep in refrigerator till you serve.
