Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  3. coco powder 2 tbsp
  4. baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tbsp
  6. butter 2 tbsp
  7. milk 1/2 cup
  8. vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp
  9. mango 1 chopped
  10. choco chips 1 tbsp
  11. Vanilla ice cream 4 scoop
  12. silver pearl 1/2 tbsp eatable

Instructions

  1. add maida, baking soda, baking powder, coco powder in a bowl and mix.
  2. In another bowl add butter and sugar and mix well with beater.
  3. add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. add vanilla essence and mix. add milk to make a smooth paste.
  5. put this mixture in greased mould and put in microwave for 3 minutes on high mode.
  6. demould when cool down. crush the cake
  7. take a small glass add 1 tbsp of cake in it then add 1 tbsp of mango in it.
  8. lastly add 1/2 scoop of ice cream sprinkle silver pearls and choco chips.
