Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For mango sabudana /sago kheer soak the sabudana one bowl
  2. Condensed milk 1 cup
  3. water 3 cup
  4. Milk one cup
  5. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
  6. Sugar is required per your test
  7. Mango puree Alphonso 1 cup
  8. Mango essence two drops
  9. Yellow food colour One drop
  10. 4 layers falooda sev 1 cup
  11. Sabja or sweet Basil seeds 2 tablespoon
  12. Mango puree Alphonsa 2 cup
  13. Mango ice cream 4 scoops
  14. Pista ice cream optional 4 scoops
  15. vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  16. Chopped mango cubes 1 cup
  17. Rose syrup 2 tablespoon
  18. FOR GARNISH
  19. Cherries 4
  20. Mango sliced heart shaped 4
  21. Strawberries 4 optional

Instructions

  1. Soak the tapioca pearls [sabudana] for 30 minutes in 2 cups of water.
  2. Now heat a non stick heavy bottomed pan, add the soaked sabundana after straining, till they become transparent and thick.
  3. Cool sabudana, add half cup milk condensed milk ,mango puree ,cream 2 tbsp, 2 drop mango essence ,One drop yellow colour than mix well.
  4. Keep in thefridge for chilling your sabudana kheer
  5. Preparing sabja seeds-- first soak 2 tbsp sabja seeds in 2 Cup water for about 20 to 30 minutes then keep into fridge
  6. Cooking falooda-- take one cup falooda sev in 4 Cup water cook boil them in water Till they are cooked completely and softened
  7. Strain the falooda and discard the water, chill the falooda in the fridge for sometime.
  8. In serving glasses ,first add one tablespoon Rose syrup
  9. Then add one tablespoon of the sabja seeds
  10. Next add 2 tbsp of the falooda sev
  11. Add 2 tablespoon mango sabudana kheer
  12. Add one table spoon mango puree and chopped mango cubes
  13. Add one scoop mango ice cream
  14. Top with half scoop Pista ice cream
  15. Then add one scoop vanilla ice cream
  16. Add 1 teaspoon Rose syrup
  17. Garnish with strawberries optional cherries and mango heart
  18. Your delicious mango sabudana falooda ice cream is ready serve immediately and enjoy
