being Punjabi we use Makki atta making many dishes but this is unique and must try it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Makki aatta-1cup
  2. Sugar-3/4cup
  3. khoya-2tbls
  4. desi ghee-3tbls
  5. saffron-few leaves. soaked in milk
  6. milk or water-1 1/4 cup
  7. Dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in kadhai and fry the cornmeal .When the ghee leaves sides of the kadhai or the mixture starts releasing aroma, that means that the cornmeal is done.
  2. Add sugar and milk when thicken add khoya.
  3. Add saffron and half the quantity of dry fruits.
  4. it is ready, decorate with almond cashew nut.
