ABOUT Makki ki pakori RECIPE

This is one of my fav.. Dish which have been made with makii ka ata and that ata gave it a super crunch.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup makki ata
  2. 4 cups boiled mashed potatoes
  3. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  4. 2 tablespoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon red pepper
  6. 2 cups oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes and makki ata and mix mash well with the help of your hands.
  2. Now add garam masala, salt, red pepper and mix well.
  3. Now heat the oil and take some amount of mixture and directly put into the oil.
  4. Fry it and serve it.
