Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 2 cups
  2. Makki atta 1.5 cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. Carom seeds 1 tsp
  5. red chilli to taste
  6. green chilli 1
  7. Ginger grated 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. knead a soft dough by adding all the ingredients.
  2. Dust the surface with atta and make roti
  3. Heat a pan , place the rotis, drizzle oil from the sides and Cook from both sides.
