Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina-1 ,1/2 cup
  2. All purpose flour-3 & 1/2cup
  3. Powdered sugar-2 cup
  4. Oil-1/2cup
  5. Curd-1/2cup
  6. Melted Butter-1/2cup
  7. Vannila essence -2teaspoons
  8. Juice of half lemon
  9. Baking Powder-1teaspoon
  10. Sugar-1/2cup and water 1cup for sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Sugar syrup-heat water in a pan add sugar and bring it to boil for 5minutes. now add lemon juice and switch off the flam and keep aside.
  2. Dough-take a mixing bowl add melted butter,oil and curd and mix well.
  3. Now add semolina,all purpose flour,powderd sugar and mix well.
  4. Now add vannila essence and baking powder and knead a soft dough.
  5. Now cover the dough and keep aside for 15minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes make balls with dough and roll them with rolling pin.now cut out circle with cookies cutter.
  7. Now place the circles according to the pic
  8. Roll it very carefully
  9. Cut in center
  10. Now preheat pressure cooker and layer the base with salt and place a ring.
  11. Remove the ring and whistle of cooker
  12. Place the pastry and bake them on slow flame for 30 minutes
  13. Now pour the sugar syrup over to the pastry and sprinkle powder sugar,
