Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2kg - Chicken
  2. Fresh dhania patti / coriander leaves - 250gm + 20
  3. Coriander powder - 1tbs
  4. Chilies - 4 (chopped)
  5. Tomato - 2-3, medium size (finely chopped)
  6. Onion - 1-2 (finely chopped)
  7. Chilli powder - 1tbs
  8. Cumin powder - 2tbs
  9. Black pepper- to taste
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 1-2tbs

Instructions

  1. Wash dhania leaves nicely and grind in a food processor to make a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chilies, onions and fry till onions get a golden color.
  3. Add tomato, chicken and fry for a few minutes then cover it for 10 minutes.
  4. Fry again till it gets cooked then add dhania paste and again cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  5. Now add all the spices and salt in it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Serve in a bowl with some coriander leaves.
