ABOUT Mango Rosy Tart RECIPE

It is a lovely and delicious mango tart in shape of a rose.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1 Cup
  2. Powder sugar - 1 tbsp
  3. Butter - 1/4 Cup
  4. Cold water
  5. Custard - 1 Cup
  6. Whip cream - 1 Cup
  7. Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
  8. Mango - 2
  9. Mango jam - 2 tsp
  10. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take maida and butter in a bowl, rub with fingers to make crumble.
  2. Add sugar and with cold water to make a dough.
  3. Roll it and line in the tarts. Prick them with fork and fill with rajma to prevent them to rise.
  4. In a preheated oven bake them for 15 min.
  5. Meanwhile take custard in bowl and add vanilla, cream and beat them.
  6. Fill the tart with this filling. Keep in freeze to set for one an hour.
  7. Then cut mango in thin slices. Top the tarts with mango slices. Brush them with mango jam.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
