Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. To make tart dough:
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1 tbsp Butter
  4. 1 tbsp castor sugar
  5. 1 tsp grounded cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. To make tart:
  8. 1 medium sized sliced apple
  9. 1 Cup water
  10. 1 tbsp sugar
  11. 1 tbsp grounded cinnamon
  12. 6-7 butter cubed

Instructions

  1. Dough preparation:
  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients of dough except water and mix it well.
  3. Now add water and knead it properly to make a tight dough.
  4. Tart preparation:
  5. Roll out the dough and pull out the edges to give it a tart shape.
  6. Microwave the apple slices in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to make them soft.
  7. Place the apple slices on it side by side, overlapping on outer circle. In center of the tart, place the slices to make a rose.
  8. Sprinkle some grounded sugar and cinnamon on top and place some butter cubes on 1/2 inch distance.
  9. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees centigrade and bake the tart on a microwave safe tray for 30 minutes.
  10. Cut the triangles from the tart and serve it with a scoop of ice cream.
