Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maize flour - 1 Cup
  2. Wheat flour - 1/2 Cup
  3. Oil - 1 tsp for moin
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Warm water to make dough
  6. Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
  7. For filling : Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
  8. Oil - 1 tbsp
  9. Veggies (chopped carrot, peas, beans)
  10. Onion, chopped - 1
  11. Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  12. Butter - 1 tbsp
  13. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadahi and heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry onion till golden on high heat.
  2. Add ginger garlic green chilli paste. Fry till the mixture leaves oil. Add all veggies ,salt and cook until smooth. Cool the veggies.
  3. Mix maize flour, wheat flour, oil, salt and ajwain in a bowl. Add warm water and make a smooth dough.
  4. Make chapati, spread butter on it and fill veggies. Sprinkle black pepper powder.
  5. Roll the chapati and keep it in preheated oven on grill. Grill it for 10 minutes on 180 C.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese and again keep in the oven immediately. Take out after five minutes.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
