Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg - 1
  2. Milk - 100 ml
  3. Sugar - 30 gm+1 tbs for caramel
  4. Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Warm water for filling the tray

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together to a fine batter.
  2. Heat pan and add sugar in it. Caramelise till brown.
  3. In muffin mold first pour caramel then when it cools completely add batter in it.
  4. In a tray pour warm water and keep muffin tin in it. Bake for 12 minutes for 180 degree in convection mode.
  5. Cool the flan by keeping it in a chilled water tray.
