Maida 100 gms
Suger 100 gms
Egg 3 nos
Butter 50 gms
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp

Instructions

Beat the eggs until they are fluffy. Next add in the vanilla essence.
Mix the sugar and butter separately.
Next add in the maida/flour, butter-sugar mixture and eggs together. Mix it properly.
Pour this mixture into small cup cakes moulds and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25-30 mins.
Serve them warm.
