ABOUT Eggless Apple Muffins RECIPE

No egg, no butter but super delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup or as per taste
  3. Baking powder 1 tsp
  4. Cinnamin powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Curd 1/2 cup
  7. Red Apple puree 1/2 cup
  8. Refined Oil 1/4 cup
  9. Brown Sugar 2 tbsp for topping over muffins before baking

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  2. Grease and dust the muffin tray.
  3. Add maida, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Add in oil, curd and apple puree. Mix well.
  5. Use a teaspoon to pour the batter in a muffin tray.
  6. Garnish with brown sugar on top.
  7. Bake it in oven for 30 minutes and grill for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Take it out of the oven. Cool it and then take it out of the muffin tray.
  9. Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
