Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour - 2 Cup
  2. Curd - 1 Cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Hing - 1 Pinch
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  6. Chilli paste - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 Cup
  9. Paneer - 1/2 Cup
  10. Pizza seasoning - as required
  11. Grated coconut - 1 tbs
  12. Pomegranate seeds - 1 tbs
  13. For tempering : Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Curry Leaves - 8-10

Instructions

  1. Add curd, hing, turmeric powder, chilli paste, salt in the gram flour and make a lump free thick batter.
  2. Cook this batter in a wok on low flame till thick. Stir continuously.
  3. Spread this batter on a pre-greased thaali and cut into 3" pieces.
  4. Spread grated cheese, paneer or pizza seasoning on it and roll it tightly.
  5. Shape it like a roll.than keep it in a pre-heated oven for 1 min or you can keep it in a greased strainer then keep that strainer on a salt filled wok or in a cooker till the cheese melt.
  6. For Tampering : In hot mustard oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour this oil on your cheesy khaandvi. Sprinkle grated coconut and pomegranate seeds. Serve as desired.
