Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gram flour 2 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Grated cheese
  8. For tempering
  9. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  10. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a non stick kadai mix gram flour, salt, curd, turmeric powder and green chilly paste.
  2. Ad water and mix everything well.
  3. Now switch on the gas and keep whisking constantly.
  4. When seems thicken and colour changes switch off the flame.
  5. Pour on kitchen platform and spread thin layer .
  6. Spread cheese and cut 1 inches distance.
  7. Roll it.
  8. Heat 2 tbsp oil and spultur mustard seed.
  9. Pour this on khandavi and serve.
