ABOUT Paneer Stir Fry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer - 250 gm
  2. Onion medium size - 2 Chopped
  3. Garlic ginger paste - 2 tsp
  4. Green chilli - 2
  5. Tomato big - 1 chopped
  6. Green bell pepper small - chopped
  7. Red bell pepper optional
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Refined oil - 3 tbsp
  10. Cumin powder - 1/3 tsp
  11. Red chiili powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds - 1/3 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Dhania powder - 1/3 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder - 1/3 tsp
  16. Schezwan chutney - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed, green chilli and saute for two minutes.
  2. Add onion and saute for two minutes until light golden. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook until oil leaves the sides. Add all powdered spices except garam masala. Add schezwan chutney.
  3. Mix it and cook for 1 minute on low heat. Now put chopped tomato, capsicum and mix. Cook covered for a minute or two then open the lid and stir.
  4. Add paneer and mix it well. You can either grate the paneer or break in small pieces. Add salt as per taste. Mix well and cover again and Cook 3 or 4 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add garam masala powder to en hence the taste. Mix it well and turn off the gas.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
