ABOUT Choco Bar RECIPE

Crunchy outside and smooth inside, perfect for summer. This is a favorite of all the children.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk, full cream - 1L
  2. Sugar - 1/4 Cup
  3. Almond - 10 chopped
  4. Cashew - 5 chopped
  5. Dark chocolate - 6 Cubes
  6. Butter - 2 Cubes

Instructions

  1. First heat milk on sim mode until it become half then add sugar, few almonds and cashew. Cook milk until it become thick or 1/4 of original measurement of milk.
  2. Cool it in room temperature then blend it in mixer jar. Add the rest of the dry fruits.
  3. Pour in to kulfi molds freeze for 8 to 9 hours.
  4. Now in a double boiler heat chocolate and butter till smooth.
  5. Now take out kulfi from freezer. Cover it with the melted chocolate by brush or spoon whichever you prefer, sprinkle some almond and cashew over chocolate.
  6. Now freeze again for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
