ABOUT Vada Pav Dry Chutney RECIPE

This is a dry chutney made with garlic coconut n red chilli that is served with vada pao.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 30 Cloves - Garlic
  2. 2 - Kashmiri Red Chilli
  3. 1 tbsp - Dry Coconut
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp - Kashmiri Chili Powder
  6. 1 tbsp - Oil

Instructions

  1. First grind garlic, coconut n whole chilli to make a coarse paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground paste with chilli powder n salt for 5 minutes.
  3. The mixture will dry up. Turn off the gas and let it cool on the counter. Store in a air tight box.
