Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aata / Wheat flour - 2 Cups
  2. Warm Butter milk or water - 4 Cups
  3. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  4. Rai / mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  5. Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  9. Finely chopped mixed veggies - 2 tablespoons
  10. Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and crackle rai and jeera. Add hing and curry leaves. Add mix veggies and saute for a minute or two.
  2. Now add aata and dry roast for 5 to 8 minutes till it changes colour and becomes golden brown.
  3. Add warm butter milk or water in the mixture and mix well. Adjust the salt.
  4. Cook covered on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and it's ready to serve.
