Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled chole- 1 cup
  2. Bay leaf 1
  3. Cinnamon small piece
  4. Clove 3-4
  5. Teabag 1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Chilli powder 1teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1teaspoon
  10. Chole masala 1teaspoon
  11. Cumin powder 1teaspoon
  12. Imli paste 1teaspoon
  13. Chopped onion
  14. Chopped Tomatoes
  15. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil the chole with salt, cinnamon, clove ,bay leaf and tea bag.
  2. Grind 5-6 tablespoons chole in a mixer.
  3. Heat pan add chole and grOUND chole add ginger garlic paste and all spices and imli paste.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped onion tomatoes and coriander leaves.
