Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup - Semolina
  2. 1 Cup - Curd
  3. 1 tsp - ENO Fruit Salt
  4. 1 tsp - Salt
  5. 3 Cubes - Amul Cheese
  6. 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 - Tomato, finely chopped
  8. 1 - Capsicum, finely chopped
  9. 1 tsp - Oregano seasoning
  10. 1/2 tsp - Salt

Instructions

  1. Make a batter by mixing semolina curd and salt. Add water if required. Add ENO fruit salt and mix.
  2. Preheat a non-stick tawa on the stove. Grease it with a little oil.
  3. Add salt,black pepper powder and oregano seasoning in the vegetables and mix. Take a big spoon of batter and spread it on the tawa to make uttapam. Put the vegetable mixture on the uttapam.
  4. Grate cheese separately in a bowl and sprinkle it on the uttapam. Sprinkle oil on all the sides of uttapam and cook it for 1 minute.
  5. Remove it gently on the plate and serve hot with chutney.
