ABOUT Falahari Crispy Rings With Coriander Chutney RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes - 6
  2. Sendha namak to taste
  3. Ginger, grated - 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilies, chopped - 1 tsp
  5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  6. Kuttu aata - 5 tbsp
  7. Powdered sabudana flour - 4 tbsp
  8. Fresh coriander - 1 tsp
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes and add All the ingredients except sabudana flour. Make rings of this mixture.
  2. Dip these rings in water and coat it with sabudana flour.
  3. Immediately fry in hot oil till crisp.
  4. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
