Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Arbi - 500 gm
  2. Curd - 150 gm
  3. Onion -1
  4. Green chilly - 2
  5. Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tbs
  6. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbs
  7. Ajwayan - 2 pinches
  8. Oil - 2 tbs
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Coriander powder - 1 tbs
  11. Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
  12. Hing - a pinch
  13. Coriander leaves - for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil arbi in pressure cooker till one whistle. Peel and cut into long pieces. Slightly shallow fry these pieces in a pan. Remove in a plate.
  2. Take some oil in the same pan and put ajwayan and hing in it. Add all the other ingredients. Add the whisked curd to it. Add arbi and stir. Keep the flame low. Once the curd gets incorporated in arbi garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
