ABOUT Malai Chicken Kabab RECIPE

My recipe of kabab which is made from malai and chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boiled chicken - 250 gm
  2. Fresh cream / fresh malai - 1 cup
  3. Slices of bread - 8
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cream cheese - 4 tsp
  6. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  7. Green chilies, chopped - 1 tsp
  8. Chopped green coriander - 4 tbsp
  9. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces. Put them in the grinder and grind coarsely on high speed. Take out in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl add cream. Make pieces of bread, add in the cream and salt and mix. Keep aside. Mash it hands after a few minutes.
  3. In the chicken mix, add coriander, green chilies and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to mashed bread and mix well with your hand. Add garam masala, cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Make medium size kebabs from the mix and place them in a plate.
  6. Heat a non stick frying pan, arrange the kebab on it and cook until both sides are brown. Don't add any oil. Once done, take them out and serve with tomato ketchup.
