Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  3. Butter 200 gm
  4. Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
  5. Banana, medium 2
  6. Egg 1
  7. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Walnuts - A handful, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Put maida and butter in a bowl, mix well and make it lump free. Add mashed bananas and vanilla essence to make a smooth batter.
  2. In another container, add egg sugar and milk and whisk it very well.
  3. Add this mixture to the batter and add vanilla essence.
  4. Preheat the microwave at 200 degree Celsius for three minutes.
  5. Brush the base and sides of a baking dish, sprinkle a little maida over it to make a thin layer all over the greased surface.
  6. Spoon the batter in it and top it with walnuts.
  7. Put it in the microwave convection mode for 25 minutes.
  8. Bake till toothpick comes out clean.
