ABOUT Bottle Gourd Drink RECIPE

It is a detox chilled drink which is taken in the morning before food. The presence of lemon and mint leaves will keep your body cool. This drink helps in weight loss.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bottle gourd 300 gram
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Juice of lemon 2
  4. Mint leaves 8-10
  5. Jal jeera powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Black salt or rock salt 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rinse well and peel out the skin of bottle gourd.
  2. Cut bottle gourd into small pieces.
  3. Take a mixer jar and add all the ingredients.
  4. Blend all the ingredients well so that no bits remain for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now filter this chilled tangy bottle gourd health drink.
  6. Pour this filtered chilled healthy drink in a glass and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice.Enjoy your morning in hot summer.
