Wash and soak channa dal along with Toor dal, horse gram, black chickpeas, green gram and Lobia for 4 - 5 hours.
Drain the water and grind it coarsely along with green chillies and ginger.
Transfer it to a bowl and add the finely chopped onion followed by salt, green chili and saunf.
Mix well and make equal sized balls. ( approx 15 - 20 balls ).
Take one ball and gently flatten it using palm. ( Vada should not be too thick or thin ).
Repeat the process for the remaining balls.
Place a baking sheet on a baking tray and arrange the vadas.
Bake it for 12 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C.
Flip the other side carefully and bake it for another 12 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and brush it with a little oil on one side.
Change the setting to grill mode and grill it for 3 - 4 minutes.
Flip the other side, brush it again with little oil and grill it again for 3 - 4 minutes.
Grill till the vada turn crispy and light brown color.
Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot with Green chutney.
