Heat a kadhai with refined oil. As the bay leaf, dry red chillies and jeera.
Once they smell, add the chopped onion.
Saute till golden brown and then add the ginger garlic paste. Saute for few minutes.
Now add the tomatoes, powder masalas and salt.
Once the masala leaves oil, add the boiled chick peas and cook further.
Then add spinach puree and cook further.
Add a little water for gravy and cook till done. Check for salt and serve with crushed Kaju/cashew sprinkled over it.
