Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sago/ cassava/ tapioca seeds - 20 gms
  2. Nanari syrup/ sarasapharilla root syrup
  3. Badam pisin/ edible badam gum - 10 gms
  4. Thickened milk - 250 ml
  5. Homemade vanilla icecream - 2 scoops
  6. Roasted and caramelized almonds - 4
  7. Sprinkles for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cook sago in abundant water till done and keep aside draining all the water.
  2. Take a bowl of hot water and add badam pisin and soak it for 20 go 25 mins. After 25 mins remove the badam pisin and keep aside.
  3. Now, in a tall glass add the nanari syrup 2 spoons in each glass
  4. Then add the cooked sago half quantity in each glass
  5. Now add the badam pisin half the quantity equally in each glass
  6. Now add the scoop of ice cream each in 2 glasses and garnish it with roasted caramelized almonds and sprinkles you can as well garnish it with tuti frooti.
  7. Remember to chill the milk before use
