Growing kids need carbohydrates too with protein. So give your kid this quick paratha with milk in the morning.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Grated carrot 1/2 carrot.
  2. Baby spinach leaves 5
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Zeera (whole) 1/4 tsp
  5. Sesame seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
  8. Oil 1 tsp
  9. Ghee to apply over 1/2 tsp
  10. Prepared wheat flour dough for 1 paratha.

Instructions

  1. Squeeze out extra water from spinach and carrot.
  2. Add salt, zeera, sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
  3. Heavy a nonstick griddle.
  4. Roll a roti from overnight kept dough. Stuff with carrot spinach stuffing.
  5. Roast by applying oil to it.
  6. Serve with applying ghee.
