Especially when kids are bore with daal rice

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked rice 1 katori
  2. Boiled vegetables 1/2 katori. (Peas , carrot, French beans ) etc.
  3. Grated carrot 1/4 katori
  4. 8 to 10 spinach leaves washed and cut small
  5. Besan 1/2 katori
  6. Rice floor 1/2 katori.
  7. Salt , chilli powder according to taste
  8. Grated coconut (dry) 2 tsp
  9. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander leaves 2 tsp ( washed and chopped finely.
  11. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add 2 tsp oil.
  3. Make a dough by mixing all ingredients. Add little water if needed.
  4. Shape in a patty or cutlet form.
  5. Shallow fry and serve with tomato ketchup
