Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Rice flour
  2. 1 big carrot shredded
  3. 1 big potato shredded
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Green chilli to taste
  7. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  8. Milk (little)
  9. Ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well, add milk to make the batter thick.
  2. Put ghee in a non stick pan and pour the batter like you do in case of dosa. Let it cook for 7-8 minutes. Make it crispy and enjoy.
