Yummy brownies with walnuts and choco chips

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 1/2 cup yogurt or set curd
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar (use normal sugar if you don't have)
  3. 1/4 cup oil
  4. 3/4 cup wheat flour
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. 1/4 cup water
  10. 1/4 cup choco chips
  11. 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Beat together oil, yogurt, sugar until well combined
  2. Add in the water
  3. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, walnuts and choco chips..
  4. Sieve this mixture.. you will be left with walnuts and choco chips in the sieve
  5. Fold in the flour mixture into the curd mixture.
  6. Fold in the dusted walnuts and choco chips.
  7. Pour into a greased and lined 8" x 8" square tin..
  8. Spread the mixture with a spoon
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 mins or until done..
  10. Leave the brownie in the tin for 5 mins..
  11. Demould and allow to cool on a wire rack..
