ABOUT Eggless wheat flour brownies RECIPE

Whenever we have dinner out my son loves to have brownie with icecream,so tried these wheat flour ones and they taste amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Cocoa powder one fourth cup
  3. Powdered sugar three fourth cup
  4. Baking powder half teaspoon
  5. Baking soda half teaspoon
  6. Salt one pinch
  7. Milk half cup
  8. Fresh curd half cup
  9. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  10. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  11. Walnuts two tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First sieve all the dry ingredients together.
  2. In another bowl, take milk, curd and olive oil.Whisk well.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Now mix the dry ingredients little by little into this wet mixture.
  5. Make a smooth lumpfree batter . If needed add 1 or 2 tablespoon of milk.
  6. Add some walnut pieces and mix.
  7. Pour the batter in a greased and lined baking tray.
  8. Sprinkle some walnuts on top.
  9. Keep to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes and then check with a toothpick.
  11. Let the brown cool slightly and then remove from the mould.
  12. Cut into pieces.
  13. Serve these brownies with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and some Chocolate Sauce on top.
