Paneer curry with a lot of makhaan

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 onion chopped
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  3. Soak 4 pcs kaju badam in half cup milk
  4. Make paste of 3 tomato with 4 elaichi
  5. Grind 4 pcs kaju badam with 4 green chilies,1 tsp coriander leafs and make a paste
  6. Butter 1/2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cloves 3
  9. 1 tbsp cream
  10. Paneer cut in cubes and 1 tsp grated
  11. 2 onion grind to paste
  12. Jeera- 1 tsp
  13. Red chillies- 2
  14. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  15. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  16. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  17. Coriander leaves- 2 tsp.
  18. Cinnamon- 1
  19. Oil 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add jeera, one dry red chili, cloves and tej patta
  2. And then add chopped onions and then add paste of onion
  3. When it turn into brown add butter and then add dhaniya, haldi powder, mix it very well
  4. And then add kaju badam paste, ginger garlic paste in it
  5. Fry it and add tomato puree and salt
  6. Then add garam masala at last add paneer
  7. Then add cream and grated paneer and coriander leaf, it's ready
