ABOUT Lajawab-e- paneer RECIPE

This is little tangy and sweet paneer recipe for dinner .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer cubes 250 gms
  2. Tomato cut in 4 pc - 500 gms
  3. Butter or ghee 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
  5. Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder -1/2tsp
  9. Tomato puree -3-4 tbsp
  10. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  11. Green chilli 1
  12. Cold milk 3/4 cup
  13. Cream 1/4 cup
  14. Water 1 1/4 cup
  15. Red food color 1 pinch
  16. Coriander powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. boil tomato and green chilli in half cup of water
  2. Simmer the gas still soft
  3. Remove and cool down
  4. Grind together along with water to a smooth paste. This is the first(1st) puree
  5. when paste changes colour add tomato puree first(1st)
  6. add simple tomato puree(2nd) ,kasuri Methi ,tomato ketchup
  7. Add all the remaining masala and cook till oil separates
  8. Mix well for 2 minutes
  9. Add water and cook for 5 minute
  10. at the time of serving add cream, colour and balance seasoning
  11. served hot
  12. garnish with green chilli and coriander
