Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sliced Cucumber 2
  2. Sliced Carrot 1
  3. Grated Cauliflower 1/2 Cup
  4. Sliced Capsicum 1
  5. Sliced Tomato 1
  6. Pomegranate 1

Instructions

  1. Place the grated cauliflower at the center of the serving plate.
  2. Place a tomato flower in the top of cauliflower.
  3. Keep 4 slices of carrot on each side on cauliflower.
  4. Place one capsicum slices in the middle of every two carrots.
  5. Decorate it with carrot, cucumber, capsicum, and tomato.
  6. Spread the Pomegranate seeds.
