ABOUT Healthy Russian Salad RECIPE

This recipe is traditional and unique salad with lots of veggies and fruits. This salad loads with nutritions and fibres..best option for your kids as they dont want eat veggies and fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato - 1 medium
  2. Carrot - 2 medium
  3. Green peas - 4 tbs
  4. Apple - 1 medium
  5. Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbs
  8. Veg Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash , peel and dice the vegetables and fruits.
  2. Next add 2 cup of water in a pan and give it a boil.
  3. Add all the vegetables and cook until they get tender.
  4. When its done take them out.
  5. Let it cool for few minutes.
  6. Next add vegetables a d fruits in a bowl.
  7. Next add salt and black pepper powder.
  8. Next add mayonnaise and give it a toss.
  9. Your yummilicious healthy salad is ready to eat.
