Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 150gms Sugar
  2. 200ml Fresh Cream
  3. 400ml Condensed Milk
  4. 500ml Milk
  5. 1tbsp Vanilla Essence
  6. 3 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Set the gas on low flame, place a frying pan, add sugar and few drops of water, let the sugar be caramelised. Once caramelised pour 1 tablespoon each in 8 microwave oven safe small bowls and let it set for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Now in a mixing bowl add fresh cream, milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla Essence and whisk it for 30-40 seconds. Add this mixture in those 8 small bowls.
  3. Preheat the microwave oven in convection mode at 180℃ and set the 8 bowls in water-bath and bake it for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the flan is baked bring it to room temperature and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours before serving.
  5. Serve the chilled Creme Caramel Flan.
