Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cashew nut 100 gms
  2. Riped tomato 3 nos
  3. Tomato puree
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  5. Kasori methi
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Garam Masala
  8. Green chillies
  9. Fresh cream
  10. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Roast the cashew and Keep it aside
  2. Make coarse powder of remaining cashew without frying it in ghee
  3. In a kadai add the ripen tomato and cook it till it becomes soft. Let it cool
  4. Now grind the tomato
  5. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a kadai add tomato puree and saute it for 2 min
  6. Now added the grounded tomato paste along with the grounded cashew powder
  7. Saute it for 5 min by adding water
  8. Now add mirchi powder
  9. Garam masala powder
  10. Salt and 1/2 tsp of sugar (optional)
  11. After sauteing for a minute add green chillies
  12. Add kasoori methi and saute it
  13. Finally add the rosted cashews
  14. Saute it for 2 minute
  15. At last add fresh cream and your cashew masala is ready
