Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small pack of dahi / curd
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped capsicum
  4. 1 chopped Tomato
  5. 2 tsp chopped coriander
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder /as per your taste
  8. 5 tsp of Bombay rava / semolina
  9. 8 slices of bread
  10. Oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. Take all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Then add chilli powder, salt , Bombay rava, Dahi and keep the mixture aside for about 5 -7 minutes.
  3. Now apply this mixture on the slices of bread. It looks like the pic below
  4. Now heat a nonstick dosa pan and and spread 2-3 drops of oil over it and place the side on which the mixture is applied facing the pan. After 2-3 minutes turn the bread and toast the other side as well make sure the mixture applied side turns a bit golden brown. Once toasted your Rava Veggie Toast is ready
