Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 4
  2. Rava 1 cup
  3. Curd 2 tablespoons
  4. Chopped vegetables 1 cup (onion, tomatoes, capsicum, carrot)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water 2/3cup
  7. Chopped coriander
  8. Butter 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add rava, curd, chopped vegetables, salt and water as required. Mix and rest the batter for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick tava, drizzle some butter and fry the bread slices topped with rava masala till they are golden brown and crisp from both sides
