ABOUT Sooji Veggie Toast RECIPE

This is one of my favorite snack. Easy to make and super yummy in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slice
  2. Semolina (Sooji)
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 chopped capsicum
  5. Oregano
  6. Chopped green chillies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add sooji, onion, capsicum, oregano, salt, green chillies. Add little water, mix well and keep aside for 5 -10 minutes.
  2. Soak a bread slice in the mixture and gently spread evenly. Cover the whole bread with the mixture.
  3. Now in a tava or pan toast the bread by using oil. Cook for few minutes till the mixture gets little brown.
  4. Flip the bread and cook other side as well.
  5. Your sooji veggie toast is ready to be served. Serve it with Tomato ketchup, green chutney or schezwan chutney.
