Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack hot heads maggi
  2. 1 tbsp cornflour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  6. 1/2 tbsp oregano
  7. 200 gms paneer (cut into long pieces)
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marination
  2. Take a bowl and put Paneer pieces in it
  3. Add tomato sauce, red chilli Powder, salt and cornflour
  4. Keep aside for half and hour
  5. Make Maggi as normal (don't over cook)
  6. Let it cool down
  7. Add cornflour
  8. Keep aside
  9. Coat the ready Maggi on marinated paneer pieces
  10. Deep fry coated paneer till it becomes brown and crispy
  11. Serve hot with schezwan sauce or any other sauce
