Memories-I still remember when my son ate and asked that why do we call it spring roll when it doesn't have a spring

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One pack maggi (hotheads)
  2. Four spring roll sheets
  3. Two tbsp paste for sealing(two tbsp maida and 1 tbsp water)
  4. For filling-
  5. One cup sheded veggies (capsicum​, red and yellow bell pepper, carrot, spring onions, cabbage)
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Schezwan sauce

Instructions

  1. Make maggi in 3/4 cup water with taste maker
  2. Keep aside
  3. Pour 1 tbsp oil in a pan
  4. Add shredded veggies
  5. add salt
  6. Add the ready maggi
  7. Mix well
  8. Add schezwan sauce
  9. Don't over cook
  10. Take the ready mixture and let it cool
  11. Take spring roll sheets
  12. Place ready mixture
  13. Roll tightly
  14. Seal sides too
  15. Apply ready paste on edges
  16. Seal properly
  17. Then deep fry in heated oil
  18. Serve hot with schezwan sauce
